KICK ASS YOGA
When most people think of yoga, they think of calm, thoughtful meditation. Flexibility. Breathing. These people will be surprised when they come to Kick Ass Yoga. Breathing and flexibility are definitely part of the curriculum, but so are core strength, upper body strength, muscular endurance, and balance. Students move rapidly through various series of poses meant to challenge. Most poses have modifications to make them easier (or harder!), so students of all levels can find that right level of difficulty.
