FIT CLUB
Fit club is a no-nonsense total body workout that consists of functional movements performed with body weight and minimal equipment to add or remove resistance. The workouts are meant to mimic the challenges that real life throw at you, whether you're a fighter, a member of the military, a businessman, a competitive athlete or a grandmother.
Everyone does the same workouts - they are simply scaled to the individual. Real life is random, so workouts and exercises are varied; real life is demanding, usually anaerobically, so workouts are demanding and intense. Classes are designed to increase your performance in all areas of physical fitness, including strength, endurance, stamina, speed and flexibility. Form follows function, so all movements are those that one would actually apply in real situations.
