Kick Ass Yoga
Our mixed level Yoga class is designed to push, stretch, heal, and revitalize. Oh yeah, and it'll kick your ass. The tough but loving curriculum incorporates elements of hot yoga, power yoga, and a personal brand of tough love. This class is one hour long.
Fundamentals of Fighting
This class is the place to hone your skill, understanding, and focus in a detailed & patient learning environment with our most senior coach, Ricardo. Six weeks of FOF is mandatory for all new members of Fight Club, but the class is open (and encouraged) for anyone @ any level. This class is one hour long.
Fight Club
Fight Club is an intensive class focusing on unarmed fighting techniques for inside and outside the ring. This class will demand your absolute best, both in terms of physical conditioning and in terms of your will. This class is one hour long.
Fight Club GroundWise
We're revamped our groundwork class to focus on essential techniques, the defenses against them, and the incorporation of strikes inside ground fighting range. This class will provide insight and practice into takedown techniques, the defenses against same, as well as basic groundwork gambits and defenses. This class is one hour long.
Fit Club
This class is an intense total body workout that consists of functional body movements performed with your body weight and minimal equipment. Training sessions are designed to increase your performance in all areas of physical fitness: strength, endurance, stamina, speed, quickness and flexibility. Fit Club is appropriate for all ability & fitness levels. This class is one hour long.
Sparring
This class is an open sparring environment, allowing members to work with and against their peers in order hone fighting skills. The class is video taped for analysis, and students work at their own pace. Your own safety equipment is mandatory (headgear, gloves, mouth guard, cup, shin pads), and you need permission from Ricardo or Mehran in order to attend. This class is one hour long.
